Central Park Master Association 2011 Annual Mtg.

2011 Budget - Central Park Master Association

Master Deed, Bylaws and related documents


Digital copies of the Master Deed and Bylaws are available for reading and download: 1st Amendment 2nd Amendment

The association's Rules and Regulations were revised effective Nov. 1, 2014 and are available for reading and download by clicking here. Regulations concerning "Front Yard Plantings and Decorations" can be downloaded by clicking here.

If you desire to make any modifications or additions to the limited or general common elements, you must first obtain written approval from the Board of Directors by submitting a Modification Request. Click here to read the procedure that must be followed. If you are not sure whether your plans involve the limited or general common elements, submit the Request anyway, just to be sure. Submit your Modification Request by clicking the "Modification Form" link at the top of the O'Brien Association Management web site and filling out the form that opens at that link.

Your representatives on the Condo Association's Board of Directors are Larry Cybulski (586-254-5089), Larry Norman and Mark D'Amico.

How to Request Service

The Board of Directors has hired O'Brien Association Management to serve as the Managing Agent for our Condominium Association, effective July 1, 2017.
