Snow Emergency declared

A Snow Emergency has been declared by Shelby Twp. beginning today, Feb. 9, 2018 and extending through 4:00 PM on Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018.
Accordingly, parking is not allowed on any of the streets and access drives within the Manors at Central Park until the Snow Emergency expires.
The Manors at Central Park Condo Association's parking regulations adopted Aug. 15, 2014 state the following:
Parking is prohibited on all streets and access drives during any “Snow Emergency” that is officially declared by the Charter Township of Shelby (Snow Emergency announcements are distributed by the local news outlets and are also posted on the Shelby Township web site and the Manors Blog). Vehicles parked on a street or access drive that has not yet been plowed during a “Snow Emergency” are considered “unauthorized vehicles” for enforcement purposes.
An “unauthorized vehicle” will be removed by the Association’s towing company at the vehicle owner’s expense; the vehicle owner will have to pay the towing company’s bill before their vehicle will be released to them.
