Lawn Mowing delayed one day

GM ProLawn has informed me through Kramer-Triad that because of the holiday and wet weather earlier this week, they will be cutting our lawns this coming Saturday instead of the regularly scheduled Friday.

The association's Rules and Regulations were revised effective Nov. 1, 2014 and are available for reading and download by clicking here. Regulations concerning "Front Yard Plantings and Decorations" can be downloaded by clicking here.

If you desire to make any modifications or additions to the limited or general common elements, you must first obtain written approval from the Board of Directors by submitting a Modification Request. Click here to read the procedure that must be followed. If you are not sure whether your plans involve the limited or general common elements, submit the Request anyway, just to be sure. Submit your Modification Request by clicking the "Modification Form" link at the top of the O'Brien Association Management web site and filling out the form that opens at that link.
