Our 2013 Annual Meeting is officially scheduled for Wednesday evening, Jan. 16, 2013 at the Shelby Twp. municipal building. Sign-in will begin at 6:30 PM and the meeting at 7:00 PM.
The main purpose of this meeting is to elect three co-owners to the Board of Directors. As of today, only three nomination ballots have been received. Each of the three current Board members have been nominated to run again: Bhartan Amin, Larry Cybulski and Mike Grobbel. Additional nominations can be made from the floor during the Annual Meeting, just prior to the voting.

Look for another envelope from Kramer-Triad to arrive in the US Mail within the next few days. It will contain full details about the time and location of the meeting, plus it will contain a General Proxy form. If you are the least bit unsure of your ability to physically attend the Annual meeting, please sign and return the General Proxy form as soon as you receive it.
We must have a quorum of our membership at the Annual Meeting in order to legally conduct any business. This means that we need to have at least 35% of the Manors units represented at the Annual Meeting (at least 59 of the 166 units), either in-person or by having submitted a completed General Proxy.
