Got Lint?

When is the last time you cleaned the lint from the vent pipe that exhausts your clothes dryer to the outside of your condo?

It's not enough just to regularly clean the lint trap on your clothes dryer. A clean dryer vent can lower energy bills and also reduce the risk of fires.

Here are ten signs that your dryer's vent pipe is overdue for a cleaning.

The association's Rules and Regulations were revised effective Nov. 1, 2014 and are available for reading and download by clicking here. Regulations concerning "Front Yard Plantings and Decorations" can be downloaded by clicking here.

If you desire to make any modifications or additions to the limited or general common elements, you must first obtain written approval from the Board of Directors by submitting a Modification Request. Click here to read the procedure that must be followed. If you are not sure whether your plans involve the limited or general common elements, submit the Request anyway, just to be sure. Submit your Modification Request by clicking the "Modification Form" link at the top of the O'Brien Association Management web site and filling out the form that opens at that link.
